relaxed atmosphere attentive staff
i appreciated the quiet nature of the resortwith a very relaxed atmosphere. the staff were attentive and the rooms were spacious, offering comfort. the housekeeping maintained high standards.
the location is quite remote, which requires relying on taxis for any off-site excursions. a shuttle service into phuket could improve accessibility. menu choices had limited variety.

i loved the room, a beautiful suite. it features two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the restaurant had good food and nice staff.

My room was close to the beach. I found sun loungers under palm trees between the pool and beach. The restaurant food tasted good. Entertainment in the restaurant was nice and it was also right on the beach!

The pool is big and very clean. Activities include pétanque and table tennis. Beach volleyball is also available to all guests. This is a nice addition.

large room wonderful beach limited menu poor service
The room was LARGE. The beach was WONDERFUL. The staff were polite and friendly.
The menu had no change for lunch and dinner. I would have liked a daily special. I told the server my meal was not good but received no reply. There was no apology even when I left.

I found the staff very friendly. The restaurant staff remembered our preferences for seating. We enjoyed a great massage at the Spa.
The resort is somewhat isolated. This requires taking taxis to venture out.
